What I Do

Everything Between the Talent and the Deal

Bookings, brand deals, socials, podcast, styling logistics, and the follow-through that makes it all land on time.

Business Development

Sourcing, pitching and closing the deals, sponsorships and collaborations that grow the brand — with a clean pipeline from first contact to signed agreement.

Brand Collaborations

Paid, barter, affiliate and commission partnerships — negotiated, tracked and delivered without the back-and-forth landing on your plate.

Social & Content

Calendars, shoots, edits and scheduling across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and beyond — content that ships on time, every time.

Podcast Management

Guest outreach, booking, recording schedules and sponsor integrations — a full production pipeline, start to publish.

Personal Styling Logistics

Wardrobe planning, shopping support and event styling, coordinated around your calendar, not the other way round.

PR, Leads & Consulting

Visibility, inbound enquiries and steady business guidance — the strategic layer underneath the day-to-day.

Who I Work With

A Roster Kept Deliberately Small

Fewer clients, more attention. Tanya works closely with a curated mix of independent professionals and personal brands.

Astrologers & Spiritual Guides

Consultation funnels, festival-season campaigns and steady audience growth — built around a calendar that actually follows the festival year, not a generic content plan.

Wellness & Celebrity Clients

Brand deals, podcast presence, speaking engagements and sponsorships — sourced, negotiated and tracked from first pitch to final payment.

Culinary & Catering Brands

Social presence and lead generation for weddings and corporate work, with enquiries followed up the same day they arrive.

Fashion & Personal Styling

Wardrobe, shopping and event styling on retainer, coordinated around a real calendar instead of last-minute scrambling.

Life Coaches & Educators

Webinar funnels, cohort launches and podcast guesting to grow a coaching practice into a steady, repeatable business.

Creators & Emerging Brands

Business development and collaborations that move early interest into negotiated, signed partnerships — not just DMs that go quiet.

Don't see your exact world listed? These are the categories we work with most, not a strict checklist. If you're building a personal brand and drowning in the business side of it, that's usually enough of a fit to have the first conversation.

Why This Exists

Run Like a Small Court, Not a Call Centre

The name for it, historically, was a rajwada — a household run with real attention, where the people inside it were looked after personally, not processed through a queue. That's the model here, applied to a modern personal brand: a small team that knows your business specifically, not a rotating account manager reading from a shared inbox.

In practice that means the same one or two people on every call, deals negotiated with your actual priorities in mind rather than a generic playbook, and a client list kept deliberately small so that attention doesn't get diluted as more names get added.

It also means the unglamorous parts don't get skipped. Follow-ups happen. Invoices go out on time. Nothing sits in someone's "get to it later" pile — because there isn't one; every enquiry and every open item lives in a single system that's checked daily.

How It Works

From First Message to Ongoing Management

No long onboarding forms, no bundled packages you didn't ask for — just a straightforward path from "let's talk" to "this is handled."

1

Conversation

A short, no-pressure call to understand where things stand today and what's actually slowing you down.

2

Proposal

A plain-language scope covering exactly what's included, so there's no guessing what you're signing up for.

3

Onboarding

Contacts, calendars, and open deals get organised into one system before anything is called "live."

4

Ongoing Management

Regular check-ins and visible follow-through, so you always know what's moving and what's next.

Common Questions

Before You Reach Out

Is this like hiring a full-time employee?

Not quite — you get a small, experienced team without the overhead of a full-time hire, and the flexibility to scope services up or down as your business changes.

Do I need to already have brand deals or a following?

No. Some clients come in already busy and need the operational load taken off; others are earlier on and need help building the pipeline in the first place. Both are a fit.

How involved do I need to stay day-to-day?

As little or as much as you'd like. The point is to take the running of the business off your plate — you stay looped in through regular updates, not daily admin.

What does an engagement cost?

It depends entirely on scope, which is exactly what the first conversation is for — there's no one-size package, so nothing is priced until we know what you actually need.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Client finances, deal terms and conversations are handled with the confidentiality any business relationship deserves — see our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within a short window of the first call — onboarding is intentionally lightweight so you're not waiting weeks to see movement.
